These terms and conditions (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between EduTime, UID: CHE-459.271.466, (hereinafter "provider") and the organizations that provide seats for the use of the online time tracking app for teachers (hereinafter "app"). They also govern the use of the app by registered users within these organizations.

The provider offers an online app that allows teachers to record and manage their working hours. The use of the app is exclusively based on these T&C.

3. Conclusion of Contract and Registration
a) For Organizations:
1. The contract between the provider and the organization is concluded as soon as the organization pays the corresponding subscription fees and accepts the T&C. 2. The organization then receives access to an administration area where it can manage seats for the teachers.
b) For Users:
1. To use the app, teachers must register. Registration can be done at any time by the users themselves. 2. After registration, the seats must be assigned to the users by the organization.

a) Organizations: 1. The organization undertakes to pay the subscription fees on time. 2. The organization is responsible for ensuring that its members use the app in accordance with applicable laws and these T&C. 3. The organization may not sell the seats.

b) Users: 1. The user undertakes to use the app only in accordance with applicable laws and these T&C. 2. The user must not upload any data or content that infringes the rights of third parties or is illegal.

6. Liability
1. The provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent acts of the provider. 2. The provider assumes no liability for the constant availability of the app. Even in the event of data loss, which is unlikely but possible, no liability can be assumed. However, the provider will make all reasonable efforts to restore the availability of the app as soon as possible. 3. Support is provided on a best-effort basis, which means that the provider will strive to process and resolve all inquiries and issues as quickly as possible, without guaranteeing a specific response time or a complete solution.

8. Duration and Termination

a) For Organizations: 1. The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. 2. The organization can terminate the contract at any time with four weeks' notice at the end of the respective billing period. The provider reserves the right to terminate the contract with four weeks' notice.
