1. The app allows teachers to digitally record their working hours. 2. In principle, no data can be exchanged between users of the app. 3. The provider makes the app available in the current version and strives to develop and improve the app.

a) For Organizations: 1. The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. 2. The organization can terminate the contract at any time with four weeks' notice at the end of the respective billing period. The provider reserves the right to terminate the contract with four weeks' notice.

b) For Users: 1. The user can delete their account at any time. This does not automatically terminate the contract between the organization and the provider.

a) Organizations: 1. The organization undertakes to pay the subscription fees on time. 2. The organization is responsible for ensuring that its members use the app in accordance with applicable laws and these T&C. 3. The organization may not sell the seats.

b) Users: 1. The user undertakes to use the app only in accordance with applicable laws and these T&C. 2. The user must not upload any data or content that infringes the rights of third parties or is illegal.

1. If any provisions of these T&C are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. 2. Swiss law applies, unless it is overridden by mandatory national laws.

1. The contract between the provider and the organization is concluded as soon as the organization pays the corresponding subscription fees and accepts the T&C. 2. The organization then receives access to an administration area where it can manage seats for the teachers.

1. To use the app, teachers must register. Registration can be done at any time by the users themselves. 2. After registration, the seats must be assigned to the users by the organization.

1. The provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent acts of the provider. 2. The provider assumes no liability for the constant availability of the app. Even in the event of data loss, which is unlikely but possible, no liability can be assumed. These terms and conditions (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between EduTime, UID: CHE-459.271.466, (hereinafter "provider") and the organizations that provide seats for the use of the online time tracking app for teachers (hereinafter "app"). They also govern the use of the app by registered users within these organizations.

The provider offers an online app that allows teachers to record and manage their working hours. The use of the app is exclusively based on these T&C.

If you previously saved data in our old app, it can be easily transferred to the new environment. To do this, open the old app and navigate to 'Dashboard' via the yellow button at the bottom left, then select 'Statistics and Data' and 'Export Raw Data'. You can save the data directly on your smartphone if you want to perform the process on your phone, or you can email the file to yourself to continue the process on a computer. In the new web app, go to 'Settings' -> 'Import Data' -> 'Start Import'. Select the .csv file you exported. You can see which entries will be created and have the option to deselect specific entries you do not want to import using checkboxes.

Use the arrows and year inputs to select the desired school year. The table shows each day of the school year and the recorded time. Click on a day to edit it in the time recording function. On smaller screens, the months are abbreviated to their first letters, and on very small screens, the semesters are selected separately.

A 'seat' in EduTime entitles you to use it and is assigned by your organization or school. Contact your institution to gain access.

In the time recording view, you can select the day for which you want to view or edit entries at the top. Use the arrows to jump a week forward or backward. Below is a table showing the days of the week for the selected day. Click on another day to change the date and view the time recording for that day. In this table, you also see the total recorded time for each day of the week.

The lower table lists the individual entries. Click on an entry to edit or delete it. Use the bottom left button to start the timer. Click this button again to manage the timer. Here you can capture additional information about the entry and create, save temporarily, discard, or create and immediately start a new entry (arrow to the right of the 'Create' button).
